What we make

Wood fired Neapolitan pizza on a 48-hour proofed dough. Puffy crust, leopard spots from the oven.

Sicilian pizza when you want something thicker. Crunchy bottom, chew in the middle.

Pizza a portafoglio, the folded wallet pizza from Naples. Two flavours: Margherita and the Salami.

Sandos on focaccia we bake in-house every day on a 48-hour dough. Salami, hot honey, stracciatella and rocket. Prosciutto. The classics, done right.

Locally sourced, Italian sourced

If you want it to taste like Italy, you source like Italy.

We work with local Italian smallgoods suppliers across Adelaide and the Hills: Bottega 1995, La casa del Formaggio Cheese, Hahndorf Gourmet, Nino's Meat & Smallgoods, and Tony & Mark's.

Caputo flour, tomatoes and olive oil are imported from Italy.

Who we are

Aman Takhar & Nilavan Baskaran Two mates who'd been assembling focaccia for lunch at the back of a pizza shop for years. We figured the rest of Adelaide might want some too.
